We are very proud to
introduce the hottest product of the year 2007 that is desperately
awaited by numerous installers. The DVIMAX is a revolutionary DVI/HDMI
cable extender that allows cable runs up to 60 meters with 1920 x1080p sources.
So far this could only be accomplished by expensive fiber cable
technology.
The unit is a sophistcated cable equalizer and amplifier that will work
with any DVI or HDMI cable.
Future display and projection technology will incorporate full HD 1920 x
1080p resolution which is limiting the cable run even with very good DVI
cable to a mere 5m length.
With the many different types of cable quality available at todays
market we can only guarantee specified operation of the DVIMAX when used
with our cables.
In many cases the unit should work with your current installed cable and
we recommend that you field test the unit if it is working with the
cable of your choice.
15m cable runs should be no problem even if the cable is of questionable
quality.
The unit has a HDCP compatible DVI In and Out and passes EDID
information from display to source.
The DVIMAX LIGHT has to be placed at the end of a HDMI/DVI cable at
display side and is powered through a 5V mains adaptor.
