The latest CAT5 transmission system from SPATZ is a low cost solution for shorter distances. The system requires at minimum 2 CAT5e cables and be used for HDMI or DVI signals.
The system may be powered from both the receiver or transmitter side.
The 2XCAT5 is either powered by an included wall mount adaptor or by the source if it can deliver enough current.

HDMI:

• 576p up to 50m/150ft
• 720p/1080i up to zu 40m/120ft
• 1080/24p up to 40m/120ft
• 1080p up to 30m/100ft

DVI:

• VGA up to 50m/150ft
• XGA up to zu 35m/110ft
• SXGAup to 30m/100ft
• 1920 x 1080p up to 30m/100ft

Transmission distances may be higher using CAT6 ord CAT7 rated cabling. However we recommend to make a test setup with the used components to verify proper functionality before installing the system.
